Binder Lab Publishes on Crosstalk from Ethylene Receptors to Cytokinin Pathway

In collaboration with the Kieber (UNC) and Schaller Labs (Dartmouth), the Binder lab published an article in the journal Plant Direct entitled A role for two‐component signaling elements in the Arabidopsis growth recovery response to ethylene. In this, they provide evidence that the ETR1 ethylene receptor signals via histidine kinase activity to phosphotransfer proteins and type-B response regulators in the cytokinin signaling pathway to control plant growth.
